In this space we honor your becoming. At the heart of my work is a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their most authentic selves. I believe therapy can be a space to turn inward, free of judgment or expectation, as you begin to gently explore what’s true for you. I work best with adults and couples who are curious about why certain patterns keep repeating, or who feel disconnected from who they really are beneath the roles they play. Many are in seasons of change: searching for purpose, tending to old wounds, emerging from burnout, or slowly unraveling the grip of people-pleasing.
