I believe there is no single way of working with people who enter therapy. My goal as a therapist is to help you better understand yourself. Drawing from relational, cognitive, and trauma informed approaches, I support clients to build awareness, trust, and connection with themselves and to others. I believe that healing is deeply rooted in the therapeutic relationship and aim to create an environment that feels safe in order to heal.
