I specialize in working with individuals who are in need of support with life stressors, relationship challenges, emotional concerns and skills training to help manage everyday life challenges. I utilize a client focused approach where my first priority is always to develop a safe and comfortable relationship which serves as the basis to begin exploring the more challenging aspects of life and promote overall wellness. Ultimately, I want to help clients clearly identify specific obstacles, learn how to overcome them, and then move on to accomplish their goals.
