In these challenging times, I believe the exploration of our experience of being and the understanding of our longing for meaningful connections with others can be a driving force toward change. In our work in therapy we will deepen the understanding of yourself, discover what you want and need from others, and how to solve issues of the past that are still alive today. We will explore how old patterns get in the way, and work toward a personal narrative that is based in self-compassion, acceptance, and human connection.
