Many of the people I work with are navigating the effects of childhood or relational trauma, ongoing family conflict, or the weight of anxiety and depression. They may feel stuck in old patterns, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. My clients are often seeking a space that feels safe and affirming—where they can untangle complex emotions, understand their experiences, and begin to heal. As a South Asian Muslim therapist, I offer a culturally informed lens while supporting clients from all backgrounds in building clarity, connection, and inner resilience.
