I work with those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, family and relationship challenges, trauma, grief, and self-esteem. Many clients seek me out due to our shared identity or struggles related to multicultural concerns. My goal is to empower you through empathy and collaboration, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, promote healing, and support personal growth and self-awareness.
