Clients often describe me as direct yet deeply compassionate — someone who won’t just listen, but will help you untangle patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build the tools you need to create lasting change. One of my deepest areas of expertise is supporting clients who are untangling themselves from unhealthy, toxic, or emotionally abusive relationships — whether with partners, family members, or even within workplace dynamics.
