Now accepting Priority Health! Welcome! I am so glad you stopped by. Therapy shouldn’t seem scary. I am a very empathetic and kind therapist, though I won’t sugarcoat areas of importance. My approach focuses on providing a supportive and safe environment in which you are the expert of your life. We will work together to identify mindfulness tools, coping strategies, and treatment options that work for you. You will always be supported. We will explore past and present traumas, current struggles and stressors, as well as your strengths to treat the struggles you are experiencing. I utilize EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness strategies that are proven to be effective. I specialize in EMDR and trauma focused therapy, to help people who are struggling with wounds from their childhood to move on from past painful experiences, as well as have coping tools to utilize when feeling overwhelmed or sad.
