I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Southern California working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work directly with adults and specialize in anxiety, stress management, depression, and grief using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modalities to collaboratively reach client goals and reach a sense of equilibrium. I work collaboratively with adults who may be experiencing stress from current life transitions and find themselves struggling to cope.
