I strive to offer real connection and a listening ear, as well as tools and skills to help clients reach their goals. I have experience helping youth and adults with many different concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, stress, spirituality, parenting, and adjusting to difficult life circumstances.
