About
I am a licensed psychotherapist using narrative therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based trauma therapy, to help queer and transgender adults and teens navigate identity exploration, address anxiety and depression, and heal from past trauma. Since 2016, I have provided therapy to people seeking support across a wide variety of settings, from crisis units and schools, to hospital and community clinics. I believe therapy is most healing when we co-create a nonjudgmental space to explore how problems are showing up in our lives and to find our preferred ways of being in the world. Together we can work to lessen the weight of trauma on your life if you're feeling isolated, stuck in old patterns, and out of touch with your vitality and creativity.
