I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experiencing partnering with people in need of support, or simply looking to improve their quality of life by making meaningful changes. I enjoy creating a warm, supportive, and accepting therapeutic environment often using humor to put my clients at ease. My goal is to provide the highest level of care to my clients by customizing treatment and drawing from a myriad of Evidence Based Practice models including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Managing Adaptive Practice, and relaxation skills.
