Hello and welcome! My name is Akilah. I’m honored that you’re considering therapy to help you on your journey. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, educational stress, life transitions, and self-esteem. I offer telehealth, video conferencing allowing you to experience therapy in the comfort of your home with no travel necessary. We will see one another on screen just as if we were in the same room. The only necessary piece of equipment is a computer with a camera or a smart phone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts.
