I provide therapy that is inviting, conversational, and warm. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck despite having a lot of insight into their trauma, depression, disordered eating, and/or anxiety. I work with folks feeling stuck to facilitate change from a trauma-informed, evidence-based, anti-oppressive framework. As a person of multiple marginalized identities, it is important to me that BIPOC, disabled, neurodivergent, fat, and LGBTQ+ communities are met with care, respect, and affirmation of our full complexity.
