Al is skilled in assisting clients with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and adjustment issues. Al is experienced in working with teenagers and adults. Al believes in working with clients to challenge them to bring the best out of themselves. Al is compassionate about his work as a therapist and looks forward to working with those who desire to live a healthier, fulfilling life.
