My mission is to support people across different populations — veterans, athletes, couples, and children. Each of these groups experience trauma and distress uniquely, and my approach is both specialized and integrated. I work well with clients that struggle with anxiety, grief, anger management, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Clients I work with are seeking therapy to live a more balanced life in terms of coping with stressors that impact negatively on their social emotional well-being and create an action plan with them that will produce observable change so that clients can begin living with purpose again.
