Hello, my name is Alaina Parks and I am a Licensed Social Worker and Therapist. I strive to create a space in which clients can dive into their issues and truly begin to grow. I aim to help clients reach their full potential, by addressing their challenges and barriers in an empowering way. I approach each session with care, empathy and a focus on what the client truly needs and desires. My goal as a therapist is to assist clients with reaching their goals, by working on healthy coping skills, building better life habits and creating an overall positive mindset. I specialize in working with individuals who suffers from substance abuse, depression, anxiety, ptsd, trauma and domestic violence. I use a person centered approach in my sessions, as I understand no two client's are facing the exact same situation. I also work with couples and families as well, to help clients heal together.
