I work with children, couples, and families struggling with PTSD/C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, communication issues, maladaptive coping, and interpersonal conflict. If you're a caregiver and you need help understanding your child or are stumped as to how to intervene or discipline in a more effective way, I can help teach parenting skills that strengthen the parent-child relationship. If you're in a partnership and are struggling with communication, intimacy, and connection or curious about exploring other relationship structures, I can help you navigate those dynamics as well.
