I went into this field as a result of wishing to overcome the binds of my own traumas, anxieties, and desire to make sense of my life. That was in 1983. Over the course of my professional career as a music therapist and psychotherapist, I have had the privilege of working with, learning from, and sharing the personal journeys of thousands of people who have had the courage to change. I have a great deal of respect and appreciation for these journeys and would be honored help you explore more effective, healthier ways of coping and healing.
