Alan Garcia, MAW, LICSW, holds a Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University and a Master’s in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. He is a certified grief facilitator and received the 2002 Warren Sullivan Excellence in Thanatology award. With 23 years of experience, Alan has worked extensively with first responders and their families, providing critical incident stress debriefings and counseling.
