My ideal client believes in a direct and honest approach to therapy. They want a clinician who is willing to ask the hard questions and look at patterns that aren’t always comfortable. My clients may be dealing with challenges such as anxiety, sports performance, academic pressures, social interactions, or relationship issues, and are now ready to engage in an open and honest conversation. I have over 20 years of experience in an educational setting working with teenagers, young adults, and working professionals. I hope that I am able to convey that passion of helping others to you during our session.
