I have been working in mental health and substance abuse for over 40 years. I can help those who want a well seasoned professional who can help you identify obstacles in your life and how best to overcome them. I still have people stay in touch with me from 25 years ago and let me know their progress. Trauma, stress, self medication, anxiety and depression are all topics i can assist with. Honestly, I can assess your situation usually in the first session or 2 and give you a pretty good idea of what direction therapy will go and where we would start.
