It is a privilege to introduce myself to you. I am a Licensed Psychologist located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with more than 30 years of clinical experience in private practice, outpatient clinic, and inpatient settings. My clinical interests include mind-body medicine, health psychology, and optimal performance. I would describe myself as compassionate and thoughtful, with a good sense of humor. I offer individual therapy and couple therapy. I treat individual adults struggling with acute and chronic stress, grief, relationship problems, adjustment to life stressors, anxiety, depression, ADHD and trauma.
