I am a licensed psychologist as well as a licensed marriage and family therapist with over thirty years of experience in treating children, teens and adults. I use a practical approach in helping people and also realize that the relationship that we create is the foundation for change. I enjoy the model of the scientist/ practitioner and I incorporate my review of the research coupled with "what works." Additionally, I find a sense of humor often is helpful in tackling life's issues.
