I specialize in supporting children,adolescents,young adults,& families through navigating overwhelming transitions & life circumstances. With extensive experience in suicide prevention I am able to provide a supportive space to help recognize, understand, & navigate the emotions surrounding suicidal thoughts,ideation and self- harm. My background in counseling enables me to impactfully support those facing challenges with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, & complex family dynamics. My personal experiences as a woman of color helps me to identify deeply with and support those who are looking to overcome identity related challenges.
