Hello! I am a trauma-informed therapist who collaborates with individuals facing mental health issues and life challenges to better understand their barriers and work together to change their lives for the better. I have experience working with diverse populations in a variety of settings including psychiatric hospitals, community-based agencies, schools and outpatient clinics providing psychotherapy and crisis intervention. I practice clinical social work through a humanistic, person-centered, harm reduction-oriented and trauma-informed lens.
