Most of my clients struggle with intrusive thoughts, self-criticism, or self-doubt. They may have trouble with people-pleasing or social anxiety. These may come with depression, OCD, or are tied to complex PTSD/trauma. I've practiced for nearly 10 years in clinics, hospitals and private practice. I earned my MSW at Columbia where I also studied with some of the most prominent psychologists in the country (W. Mischel, C. Dweck). I primarily treat adults with a special focus on Asians and CPTSD. I am Basic EMDR certificated and am trained in CBT, DBT and somatic techniques. I will be IFS Lvl 1 certified by 8/2026.
