I am passionate about helping others discover what a value-driven, meaningful life looks like for them while utilizing evidence-based treatments to help them achieve the life they want to be living. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders (including OCD, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, etc.) through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also specialize in working with eating disorders and mood disorders. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community as well.
