Maybe you feel like you've reached the end of your rope with the anxiety attacks or depressive episodes. My office is always a safe place to process those thoughts and emotions to be able to better understand how they impact our behaviors. My goal is to work with my clients to develop solutions and formulate goals that encompass each aspect they wish to work on. I am here to help, each step of the way. I am also trained in animal-assisted therapy and utilize a certified therapy dog named Sprocket in sessions for clients who benefit from the healing touch of an animal.
