My ideal client has spent time in therapy and gained insight into their history, patterns, or trauma, yet continues to feel stuck. They often understand what has shaped them, but that understanding has not fully brought the sense of relief, regulation, or ease they are seeking. Many are thoughtful and self-aware, functioning well in their lives while holding a great deal internally. They may have complex or longstanding trauma and are now looking for a depth-oriented, integrative approach that gently engages the mind, body, and nervous system, within a collaborative and carefully paced therapeutic relationship.
