I have experience working with individuals, couples and families of all ages and backgrounds looking to improve their quality of life. My approach to therapy is holistic and combines a wide range of therapeutic theories and modalities to ensure that my clients feel safe and understood whilst also being challenged to grow. I invite my clients to bring all issues into session, many of which include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, relational issues, identity issues, sexuality, and substance abuse.
