I am a LCSW and AMFT working toward dual licensure in California. I hold two Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and Social Work from the University of Southern California, and I am a proud member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. I specialize in working with traumatic events, childhood trauma, anxiety, shame, attachment wounds, self-criticism, and self-worth concerns. I offer a relational, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, attunement, and collaboration.I offer a trauma-informed, relational approach that supports nervous system regulation and internal safety.
