I'm a New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my masters degree from the Silberman School of Social Work and Health & Life Coach Certificate from the Health Coach Institute. My practice is dedicated to working with individuals in various walks of life to become more independent and confident versions of themselves. I have over 20 years experience working with adults with various diagnosis, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Our first session will cover brief introductions. This will be followed by specific challenges and struggles you are facing. In doing this, I will be able to get to know you and begin creating a moldable plan to work on together during follow-up sessions.
