Navigating the challenges of life can be overwhelming and confusing, especially without support. My work often focuses on supporting individuals recovering from childhood trauma, navigating relationship and identity issues, dealing with anxiety and depression, sitting with self-critical or self-hating views of themselves, feeling disempowered within systems of oppression, and discovering (or rediscovering) the parts of themselves they have lost.
