“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become” Carl Jung. The choice to “choose what to become” takes incredible courage, strength and perseverance. To get you there, we will spend time understanding what's keeping you up at night or weighing you down during the day. My aim is to support you on this journey whilst honoring your personal identity and lived experience. I've lived in different parts of the world as both as a child and adult and this helps me to be particular sensitive to cultural/identity issues together with the challenges of transitions, be they geographical, career/retirement, or relationships.
