Hi, I’m Christy a licensed psychologist for high achieving women looking to come back to their wholeness at Inner Wisdom Chicago. I support high-functioning, heart-centered folks who often appear put-together on the outside but feel anxious, unseen, or disconnected inside. Together, we’ll explore past patterns that shape how you show up today, the people-pleasing, the overthinking, the self-doubt; and transform them through a process of embodied healing and self-trust.
