I have 27 years of experience working with clients who have suffered with trauma such a sexual abuse, physical and emotional abuse. I believe that clients are capable of changing and living a healthy lifestyle, however, it takes motivation and a desire to want change their circumstances. I also believe in meeting the client where they are and helping to provide a safe space to be their authentic self. Although it’s difficult you can change your circumstances.
