I offer trauma-informed care & crisis support through a holistic lens, working with those navigating co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, spiritual trauma, and identity or self-worth challenges. I provide a safe, compassionate space to honor the power of human experience and the courage it takes to heal. I believe each person is the expert of their own life—I simply walk beside them. Using Narrative Therapy, SFT, DBT, CBT, MI, and EMDR, we explore meaning, connection, and growth toward an authentic, empowered life as clients build coping skills and move toward the life they envision.
