Hi there! Are you frustrated with the many stressors, hardships, and obstacles that life throws your way? I commend you for taking the first step in getting help and feeling better. Every individual views the world through their own thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and I wish to ensure that these factors are acknowledged and respected as you develop as an individual. Seeking therapy can be a challenge, and I want to work with you to make sure the challenge can be looked back on as worth it. I work with a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss trauma, and stress management. I seek to create an environment where clients can speak their mind without reservation and encourage personal awareness and growth. I find joy in working with individuals age 12 and up.
