I enjoy working with people age 16+ who curious about themselves and empathetic to others. Curiosity and empathy help to facilitate deep therapeutic work even during periods of intense suffering, inner conflict, and "stuckness". My therapeutic style is warm and compassionate. I bring a calm and relaxed energy to sessions. I strive to maintain a non-judgmental openness within the therapeutic relationship in order to cultivate a compassionate relationship with all parts of our selves. I help people diagnosed with a wide variety of conditions but am particularly interested in trauma-related diagnoses.
