Hi! My name is Alecia and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist 14897! My areas of focus within practice are primarily trauma and anxiety, while also treating other diagnoses. I believe we can find emotional regulation and security even amidst uncertainty and lack of control. I am a therapist who will walk alongside you on this journey of healing. My main goal is to collaboratively work with you through your current life stressors, providing you with tools for your tool kit to live a life you enjoy.
