I believe there are many paths to healing and I enjoy discovering together what is most helpful. I utilize a client-centered approach with a holistic lens. I work to create a comfortable place for my clients to connect with themselves, experiment, and grow. I have a calming, warm approach with clients and tailor therapy to each individual and their particular needs. I enjoy working with adolescents (16 and above) and adults. I work with eating disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, self esteem, and grief and loss.
