I'm all about creating a laid-back space where you can just be yourself, process life, and work through whatever's on your mind without any judgment. I've been described as down-to-earth, relatable, quirky, and maybe even a little fun. Let's work together to make life a bit less overwhelming and a lot more manageable. Therapy with me is a space where we laugh, cry, smile, frown and - most importantly - grow. I specialize in working with 7+ individuals, couples, and polycules. I offer a tailored approach with a fresh perspective to help you navigate the unique challenges of your life. With a deep understanding of neurodiversity and queerness, I strive to create a calming, safe environment for everyone to express themselves and feel understood and celebrated.
