Many of the people who come to me are capable, thoughtful, and deeply attuned. On the outside, they may be functioning well, but inside they feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, or numb in ways that rest or insight alone haven’t resolved. Often, they’re navigating burnout, chronic stress, grief, or the impact of long-term pressure: personal, relational, or systemic. What they want isn’t to be fixed or pushed to cope better, but to feel steadier in their bodies and understood without being pathologized.
