I am passionate about providing evidence-based, culturally-sensitive interventions for a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I approach treatment from an ecological and family systems lens to consider ways in which individuals influence and are influenced by other people, systems, and settings. In my work, treatment plans are collaboratively developed with clients and are often broadly focused on goals around regulating intense emotions and/or healing from traumatic experiences.
