An intention I carry in my work is to aid clients in healing their relationship with their bodies, whether because of experiences with childhood or complex trauma, from patterns of disordered eating, from being transgender or gender non-conforming, and/or living with chronic pain or chronic illness. All of these experiences can complicate our relationship with our body, but with a safe and supportive space like therapy, we can heal this relationship.
