I’m glad you’re here. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for women who are ready to heal, rediscover their voice, and begin putting themselves first. Many of my clients are women who have experienced trauma whether in relationships, childhood, or other parts of their life and find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, or difficulty setting boundaries. I also provide couples therapy, where the focus is helping partners feel safe sharing their stories, boundaries, and emotional needs.
