Hello! I’m a licensed clinical therapist with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges to feel more grounded, confident, and connected. I love working with clients who want to improve their everyday lives and need a little support getting to where they want to be. I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have a special focus on fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health, as well as the unique pressures faced by college and medical students.
