My primary specialty is working with young adults and adults navigating the many transitions in life. These transitions can lead to stress, causing feelings of depression and anxiety. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered therapy approaches to help support you through these difficult times. I’ve worked in the field for over 20 years and offer my expertise to help you make it through these transitions. In sessions, I provide a judgement-free, safe space to focus on your needs. I treat my clients with respect, dignity and am warm, inviting and attentive. I’ll be with you through the whole process.
