Parenting a young child can feel both joyful and overwhelming. You may be facing big emotions, challenging behaviors, or wondering why connection feels harder than you hoped. Or perhaps you’re navigating perinatal or postpartum months, adjusting to new roles while balancing exhaustion, identity shifts, and stress. I offer a warm, attachment-based space where children can express themselves through play and parents can find clarity, confidence, and support. Together, we’ll uncover what’s beneath behaviors, strengthen your bond, and create a calmer, more connected home. My style is attachment and relationship-based, warm, and collaborative. I use play to uncover needs, process experiences, and support healing in children. With parents, I offer compassionate guidance to build confidence, and with individuals, I create space for growth. My training is in CPP, IFS, Perinatal CPP, Mind Over Mood and PSI.
